He has done extensive solo and choral recording for several
major publishing companies (Shawnee Press, Harold Flammer,

his own Cabaret CD entitled “Tom Baust... in the Spotlight”
featuring Show tunes, Standards, and light Jazz demonstrating
his abilities with arranging and performing the keyboards
as well as vocals. He also has television (WPVI Channel
6 in Phila.) and radio credits (WMBI in Chicago) to his
name.
Tom often accompanies himself at the piano with styles ranging
from the serious ballad to humor. With Fox Productions with
the American Artist Management (NY), he was a trio member
for concert revues of the music of Cole Porter.
In a more classical setting, Tom as a singer (bari-tenor)

a few. In the summer of 2000 he participated in the finale

Arts and was invited to return in 2001 as part of the Spoletto
chorus under the direction of Donald Nally. In 2004 he was
invited to perform with the Philadelphia Orchestra in several
performances of The Seven Deadly Sins (Kurt Weil) with Ute
Lemper.
As a pianist, Tom is increasingly sought after to accompany
cabaret "acts." In this capacity he participated
in a benefit concert at Lincoln Center (NY) hosted by Olympia
Ducacas, the Philadelphia Mayoral Gala under former Mayor
Ed Rendell, and the "Cabaret Kickoff" at the Prince
Theatre (PA) with Claudia Beechman in a concert honoring
her late sister Laurie Beechman.

Governor Tom Ridge, and the Cabaret Symposium at the Eugene
O‘Neil Center (Waterford, Conn.) with master teachers
including Margaret Whiting, Julie Wilson, and Anne Francine.
His theatrical experience includes stage productions and
musical revues. He played the role of Michael in the musical
I DO! I DO! with the Ocean City Pops (NJ) and appeared at
the Mann Center for the Performing Arts (Phila.) and the
Taj Mahal Casino (Atlantic City, NJ) that same year as a
back-up singer for Sarah Brightman in her La Luna World
Concert Tour. In 2002 he played the role of Mr. Lindquist
in A Little Night Music with the Philadelphia Orchestra
